Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days, which means door to door time of less than a week.

Our repairs are guaranteed for 3 months. You can drop your console in to us if you are local to Central London, or you can arrange for us to collect it.
How do I get started?
- Select your console from the left navigation, fill out the online form. We will respond with a price to repair the console.
- If the price is right, book a collection and print out the repair paperwork
- Once we've repaired your console we'll contact you by email to arrange payment
- Once payment has been processed we'll deliver your console back to you. Easy!
We only need the console itself, no leads / power supply / discs etc.
What does the Guarantee?
If the same problem reoccurs with your console, within 3 months period, we will to re-repair for free.
Don't delay, send us your broken console and we'll repair it for you!!!
How long does it take?
Normally repairs take 3-5 working days. Repairs can take longer when unusual parts need to be ordered from abroad.
